THE works department of Lincoln Cathedral is appealing to Lincolnshire Echo readers for pre-war photographs needed to help complete the renovation of an 18th century house. The house at 8 Eastgate in Cathedral Close will have wrought iron railings reinstated in the front of the house. At present, only stumps remain in the low stone wall.
