RURAL bus routes and transport services for vulnerable people could be slashed under Pounds 125 million council costcutting proposals. Lincolnshire County Council has revealed a budget that protects fire stations, roads and services for children and at-risk adults.
But adult social care's Pounds 140 million budget is expected to be reduced by Pounds 14 million over two years, with career advice and youth clubs suffering a Pounds 12 million cut to its budget of Pounds 19 million.
