HIGHWAYS bosses are believed to be saving the worst of a Pounds 1 million High Street overhaul until the summer holidays.
Signs have emerged in Lincoln warning motorists that 28 weeks of roadworks from South Park roundabout to Portland Street will start on Tuesday, May 3. This is to allow Lincolnshire County Council to carry out its High Street improvement project, which includes a new bus lane, improved pavements and changes to bus stops and parking regulations.See the full content of this document
