A RANGE of measures to tempt shoppers back to Lincoln's Christmas Market have been unveiled. Persistent heavy snowfall and low temperatures saw the internationally renowned event - worth Pounds 10 million to the local economy - cancelled last year. But now organisers say they have worked hard to ensure the event is easier and more enjoyable to attend than ever before.
