Summary
SAVINGS of more than Pounds 28,000 could be made each year thanks to a project to replace the lighting in the main building of Lincolnshire's biggest council. Starting his month, the scheme will see highefficiency lights installed at County Offices in Newland, Lincoln - the home of Lincolnshire County Council.
