CONCERNS have been raised that Lincolnshire could lose an extra Pounds 46 million under Government plans for local authorities.

Labour county councillors believe prosperous areas across the country will also gain "hundreds of millions of pounds" if Communities Secretary Eric Pickles radically changes how business rates are collected and distributed.
