AS an ex-soldier, a scheme like this was introduced in around 1995. However, the system in place throughout the forces is that every man and woman on camp is tested from - the highest officer to the newest of recruits.
Why, then, are the police only selecting certain areas to test? Surely a scheme like this needs to apply to all emergency services and prison staff too.See the full content of this document
