Thomas Edward Devereux, 18, of 11 Toronto Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to taking without the consent of the owner and damaging a motor car. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Aron Findley John Duff, 27, of 23 Beresford Close, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to pay for 30.14 litres of unleaded petrol to the value of Pounds 40.06. He was fined Pounds 100, ordered to pay compensation of Pounds 40.06, a victim surcharge of Pounds 15 and costs of Pounds 40.
