DETAILS of plans to build a new Pounds 40 million reservoir and water treatment works have been revealed. The 250-megalitre reservoir would be built near Newton-on-Trent, just west of the A1133. And the treatment facility would be placed to the east of the road.
Developer Anglian Water said the facility, which would include a pumping station and underground pipelines, is needed to ensure Lincoln and the surrounding area has enough water.See the full content of this document
