' A lot of students do come to Lincoln. From my student days and recently doing a post-graduate in York, there were people who had been to Durham, Oxford and Cambridge, and the prices they were paying there were very high.

It was Pounds 70 a week rent in York, so Lincoln is quite reasonable in comparison. There is a lot of high quality student accommodation in Lincoln. I had a lot of friends who went to Sheffield and the student accommodation there was appalling.
