ALMOST three-quarters of young families in Lincolnshire cannot afford to get on to the property ladder.
The finding is contained in a report by Government advisory body the National Housing and Planning Advice Unit, which said only 28 per cent of young families - with parents aged 40 or under - can afford a three-bedroom home in the city.See the full content of this document
