HUNDREDS of people slogged it out in a 24-hour relay race to raise funds in memory of their loved ones.
In total, 31 teams took part in the Relay For Life, with hundreds of people making their way around the route at Waddington playing fields, near Lincoln, in exchange for sponsorship. Participants had already raised in excess of Pounds 18,000 before the relay started at noon on Saturday, but it is expected that amount will swell to more than Pounds 30,000 once sponsorship money has been collected.See the full content of this document
