Summary
A BUTCHERY manager has completed two Ironman challenges on consecutive weekends to raise money for a soldiers' charity. Stuart Parker, who works at Lincolnshire Co-operative's Market Rasen store, raised more than Pounds 7,000 for Help For Heroes.
Each event required Mr Parker to complete a 2 1/2-mile swim before cycling 112 miles and finishing with a marathon-length run.See the full content of this document
