LINCOLN Prison is the 12th most overcrowded jail in England and Wales, according to a campaigning group.
The Prison Reform Trust figures show that a total of 88 out of 140 jails nationally, including Lincoln, were over their Certified Normal Accommodation Level - defined as a providing "decent" standards.See the full content of this document
