SHOPPERS could see the arrival of scores of on-street pay and display parking spaces in urban areas across the county.

As reported in the Echo, Lincolnshire County Council officials are preparing to take control of parking enforcement by next summer. But there is a forecasted Pounds 1.2million deficit over five years in doing so. However, a partial solution has been identified.
