A QUARTER of Lincolnshire school children are failing to make the grade in maths and English lessons, according to national league tables.
The results of this summer's, national curriculum tests, known as SATs exams, show that 74 per cent of county 11 year olds reached the expected Level Four grade.See the full content of this document
