Plans have been drafted to chop down trees in Lincoln.
The proposals would, if approved, see 25 trees - spread around the city - felled and replaced with new trees elsewhere. The proposals, which have been lodged with Lincoln City Council, apply mostly to residential areas of the city. The trees - cypresses and willows among others - would be removed to prevent damage to local properties if planners give the blueprints the go-ahead.See the full content of this document
