COUNCIL chiefs have turned to a superhero sound-a-like in their battle to reduce the carbon footprint of Lincoln's City Hall.
The Power Perfector will be launched next year at City of Lincoln Council's headquarters in Beaumont Fee and is expected to slash almost Pounds 10,000 off the authority's electricity bill.See the full content of this document
