Summary
LINCOLNSHIRE County Council is saying refurbishment of its care homes will cost Pounds 9 million. Where has this figure come from? I feel this amount has just been pulled out of a bag and no surveying has actually been done on the homes, even though the cost quoted for each home is a precise amount.
