AMBITIOUS plans to create the three new "super schools" in Lincoln were first announced in November 2006, when a Pounds 50m scheme was unveiled to create three city academies, with the aim of boosting standards for pupils.
The current academies, known as The Priory LSST, The Priory City of Lincoln, and The Priory Witham Academy, were based on the sites of three previously existing schools in Lincoln - the Priory LSST, the City of Lincoln Community College, and Joseph Ruston Technology College.See the full content of this document
