A quarter of all children in Lincoln are living in poverty, according to a new report.
Around 25 per cent of youngsters are living in households with as little as Pounds 13 to spend per day per person. This money - the equivalent of a nice bottle of wine or a cinema trip - has to cover the cost of food, clothes, shelter and transport.See the full content of this document
