SIMON HARRISON (December 31) is right to say that the county council's response to bad weather often has to be a balancing act.
It seems to me that Lincolnshire's highways department did a good job in last month's extreme circumstances, keeping the main roads pretty clear, certainly as far as I saw in and around Lincoln.See the full content of this document
