THE Priory City Academy's new multi-million pound development will bring much-needed community facilities to Lincoln's deprived Birchwood area, if proposals get the go-ahead.

Plans for the development run over the school's 12.4 hectares and could incorporate cricket pitches, rugby pitches, sports halls and junior pitches, to meet a shortfall in the city.
