Children are at risk after vandals wrecked fencing leaving a Lincoln waterway dangerously exposed, says a city councillor.
The stretch, alongside Boultham Avenue and Coulson Road, has suffered repeated vandalism in recent months, creating large gaps in the barrier and allowing access to the steep, muddy banks of the drain which runs alongside the roads.See the full content of this document
