A CENTURY-old steam engine has returned home to Lincoln to take part in the county's steam rally.

The steam engine, a six-horsepower compound agricultural engine, was built in Lincoln by engineering company William Foster & Co Ltd, being completed on August 19, 1910. Now, 100 years later, it has returned to its birthplace from its current home in Cheshire.
